On termination for cause, ph365orig reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. On voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance in PHP will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard processing conditions.
ph365orig may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.
Continuing to use ph365orig after an updated version of the terms has been published constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept a revised version, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining PHP balance before the effective date of the changes.
